What if my CD arrives damaged? Is the CD insured?
Your CD will replaced immediately. Contact us via e-mail or phone and we will send a new CD the same day. Please return the damaged CD at your convenience.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will be arriving no later than five business day after you placed your order. Ten business days for International orders.
